Only thing I would suggest would be to keep the power steering fluid changed & coolant. You may want to get a top end / injector cleaning done to clean out any carbon build up. Honda recommended 4 d/f's for a trans. fluid change, it gets you 92% newer fluid. 2004 4cyl. EX Sedan automatic 607K - 2017 EX automatic 22K. Also, the Amazon fit guide said this did not fit my Accord! I used the Honda 31200-R40-A01 part number as my search term to find this in the first place, and numerous reviewers noted that this starter from Commotion Auto fit their K24-powered 8th Gen Accords and worked great, so that added to my decision to purchase.
