It is incapable of determining Synths and even it detects 5 Synths, it should probably be worth mentioning it also falsely detected 20 other normal humans as Synths as well. (I read this on the wiki) For each turret: 1. Up close, look at it. 2. Press ~ 3. Click on the turret (or what's left of it, if you had to destroy them.). 4. Type: markfordelete ( press enter) then type: disable (press enter) 5. Press ~ Do this for each turret.
