The goal of this calculator is to make it easy for anyone using 1-3 monitors to find the perfect multimon_config.sii settings. The resulting view should have a realistic FOV and be properly angled + bezel corrected. For anyone who doesn't know, the multimon_config.sii file contains advanced monitor settings.
RyanBurnsRed Oct 25, 2018 @ 4:02pm. Go to Documents/Euro Truck Simulator 2 then right click on config.cfg and make sure it's not set to read only. Then go into profiles and make sure config.cfg and controls.sii are not set to read only. You don't need to run it as admin or any of the other nonsense in this thread.
1. Do not use the nVidia Control Panel (or AMD) to set up ETS2, it's most likely outdated and create more issues than solve them. 2. Your computer seemed to be barely above the minimum recommended to play ETS2.

To copy your existing Controls or Gameplay settings or both to a new profile, simply exit the game after making the new driver Profile, go to the Profiles folder and copy the two settings files from the Profile you wish to copy from, overwriting the default config.cfg and controls.sii. I've been playing ETS2 for years and got a Quest 2 last month. I spent some time today trying ETS2 in VR and managed to complete a delivery. It was immersive, but the graphics in VR were a little too blurry and choppy for me to prefer it over my 1440p monitor.
